Ensure kitchen and all the available equipment is clean and well maintained.Accept, check and sort out daily food deliveries.Complete all required day to day H&S checks in the restaurant and sign off the required due-diligence paperwork.Assisting with food prep at the required level per service.Preparing specific section of the restaurant for service by prepping and ensuring all equipment is at hand.Setting up the kitchen prior to a restaurant’s opening.Cooking dishes to the designed food specs providing consistency, best quality and minimising wastage.The ideal candidate should be passionate about the food and be required to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly by assisting in the food preparation and general up keep of the kitchen. Noel's Bar & Restaurant is currently looking for Chef De Partie on both full time (40+ hours per week) and part time (20+ hours per week) basis.
